This is a multiple languages/units software: to add more languages you just need to put an xml file in the language directory.

At the first application start up, the "Options" window appears.
It lets you choose :
- City of weather retreival
- Notify Icons you want to see
- Informations window options
- Language
"Details" and "Options" windows are accessible from informations window.

A double click on Notify Icons allow you to show/hide information window.
A right click on Notify Icons allow you to show/hide information window, show "Options", "Details" or "About" window.
